The service
All Good Tones is a free guide to music gear: a catalogue, your own gear lists and reviews. contact@allgoodtones.com.
Your account
Sign in with an email address you control; anyone who can open that email can sign in as you. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
What you post
You keep the rights to your reviews, photos and gear entries. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show, store and adapt them (for example resizing a photo or using gear details in the catalogue) for as long as they are on the site. If you delete your account and choose to keep your reviews, the licence continues for those reviews, which stay on the site without your name.
Rules
Post only what you own or have the right to post. Reviews must be honest and about gear you own, owned or have played. No spam, abuse, hate, illegal content or attempts to break the site. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Information, prices and links
Gear details, specs and prices come from makers and shops and may be wrong or out of date; check with the seller before you buy. Some store links are affiliate links: We may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you (Affiliate links). We're not a party to your purchase; the shop is.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, without promises that it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the site or from a purchase you make elsewhere. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer by law.
Changes
We may change these terms or the privacy policy. If a change matters to you we'll say so on the site or by email. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Law
EU law applies. Disputes go to the EU courts, but this does not take away any right you have as a consumer to use the courts or complaint bodies where you live.
