About Awestruck Amplification
The company was founded in 2024 by Brandon Brinks, who runs it as a one-person business. Each pedal is designed and built in his home workshop in Michigan, using printed circuit boards, painted enclosures with UV-printed artwork and a fully analogue signal path.
The range has three pedals. The Highland is a low-gain overdrive built around a single-stage silicon transistor, with switches for clipping and voicing. The Metro is a mid-gain, op-amp overdrive in the transparent-drive style, with a clipping-diode toggle and a mid-boost switch. The Mayday is a single-transistor boost based on 1960s treble-booster designs, with a three-way voice switch.
All three are true bypass, have top-mounted jacks and run from a standard 9 V centre-negative supply, so they suit players looking for small-batch drive and boost pedals for a conventional pedalboard.
