Models range from tweed and plexi-era classics to modern high-gain and boutique designs. Up to 20 amp presets can be stored, and three scene modes switch between amp tones in real time.

Cabinet simulation comes from 33 built-in impulse responses plus 12 slots for third-party files. The editor software for Windows and macOS loads them, and it also handles block order, routing and presets.

Noise gate, EQ and patch level are built in, and a send/return loop places other pedals in the chain. A headphone output supports silent practice. The pedal is meant for direct use, not in front of a guitar amp unless the IR is switched off. Comparable amp-and-cab pedals include the BOSS IR-2 and Strymon Iridium.
