Delay · Reverb · Released 7 July 2026 · MX, a version of TimeLine
Strymon TimeLine MX is a stereo delay pedal that runs two engines at once, including a reverb engine the classic TimeLine does not have. Strymon introduced it on 7 July 2026. New machines are Oil Can, Spectral, Drum, MultiTap, and Reverb. The earlier TimeLine machines stay, and some of them gain an extra MX voice.
The two engines can run in series, in parallel, or split, and each one can be panned. Swell and duck were separate machines on the classic TimeLine. On the MX they apply to every delay engine. The pedal stores 300 presets. A stereo looper records for five minutes and can sit before or after the delays. A one-button looper mode works without leaving the delay preset.
Every jack is a stereo TRS, including a send and return for a loop, wet/dry, or wet/dry/wet. MIDI is available over USB-C, a TRS jack, or DIN. The dry path stays analog, so the dry signal is not converted. Bypass is a relay true bypass, or a selectable buffered bypass.
