Suhr Riot Reloaded is a distortion pedal that reworks the original Riot circuit for about 30% more gain. It targets high-gain rock, metal and drop-tuned playing, while the first Riot from 2009 covers classic rock crunch.

Suhr rebalanced the two gain stages to add saturation and upper harmonics compared with the original. The tone control was revoiced to emphasise the upper mids, so leads cut through without a harsh top end. A three-position Voice switch selects Classic, Modern or Scooped EQ settings.
Gain cleans up as the guitar volume is rolled back, so a single setting can move from mild crunch to full saturation. The three knobs and the switch sit in a compact layout that is quick to set on a dark stage.
Switching runs through a relay for true bypass. The FX Link mini-jack lets a loop switcher turn the pedal on and off, and sets whether it powers up engaged. The current Suhr Riot returned to the original, lower-gain circuit, so the Reloaded voicing is a separate model.
