BOSS RC-30 Loop Station

Each track has its own fader and select button, so layers can be balanced while playing. Auto Recording starts on the first note, and a Count-In mode gives one bar before recording begins.

Five loop effects are built in: Bend Down, Step Phaser, Sweep Filter, Tempo Delay and Lo-Fi. A rhythm guide with ten patterns, including Rock, Funk, Shuffle and Latin, keeps loops in time via tap tempo.

Inputs include stereo instrument jacks, a stereo mini-jack AUX input and an XLR microphone input with phantom power. A USB port imports and exports 16-bit/44.1 kHz WAV files. BOSS has discontinued the model.
