More than 60 effects and 13 amp models are on board. Up to five can run at once, chained in any order. Fifty user patches store complete sounds, and an auto-save function keeps edits without extra steps.
The looper records up to 30 seconds and can run alongside 68 rhythm patterns in several time signatures. An aux input brings in a music player, and the single output feeds an amp or headphones.
Two performance modes cover live use. Preselect mode lines up the next patch without interrupting the current one. Stomp mode turns the footswitches into on and off switches for single effects. Guitar Lab software on a computer edits patches and adds downloadable effects.
Zoom G1 FOUR is a guitar multi-effects pedal that combines amp models, effects, a looper and rhythm patterns in one compact unit. The G2 FOUR adds multi-layer IR cabinets, stereo outputs and more simultaneous effects.
