Amp and effect blocks come from the GT-1000 library—32 AIRD amplifiers and over 170 effects, with up to 15 assignable blocks plus divider/mixer, send/return, and phrase loop. Version 2.0 adds MDP guitar amps, six bass amps, and further effect types.
Eight footswitches and an expression pedal with toe switch handle banks, stomps, and realtime control. A send/return loop supports four-cable method or external pedals. USB multi-channel recording, MIDI, and the optional Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor extend editing and backing-track use.
BOSS Tone Studio organises Livesets on computer or mobile, and user speaker IR slots sit alongside onboard cabs. The metal chassis targets players who want GT-1000-class blocks in one floorboard.
