ME-90 Guitar Multiple Effects

Released in 2023, it carries AIRD amp models and effects derived from the GT-1000 platform. Eleven onboard amp types sit beside seven simultaneous effect categories, with more amp and effect choices available in BOSS Tone Studio.

Eight multi-function footswitches and a redesigned expression pedal with toe switch cover Memory mode (full patches) and Manual mode (category on/off like a pedalboard). A rear Gt.AMP/LINE switch optimises the outs for a guitar amp or a full-range system. Send/return places external pedals before or after the amp block and stores loop state in patches.

Thirty-six preset and thirty-six user patches cover stage recall. Up to three user speaker IRs load via ME-90 IR Loader. USB-C handles Tone Studio editing plus computer audio; an optional Bluetooth adaptor adds wireless editing and streaming.
