Eventide · United States
Chorus · Released 1 January 2021
Three voices, Left, Center and Right, are spread across the stereo field by a three-phase LFO. Three modes change the character. Chorus gives the classic sound, Chorale a denser rackmount-style wash, and Vibrato a pulsing, warbling effect.
A separate Swirl footswitch adds flanger, phaser and Uni-Vibe-style tones on top of the chorus. Detune thickens the voices with a slight pitch offset. The Active footswitch works as latching or momentary.
Five presets are stored on the pedal. MIDI over TRS or USB, an expression input and aux-switch support allow control from a larger board. The Eventide Control app also supports the H9 Harmonizer Gen 2 and H90 Harmonizer.
Eventide TriceraChorus is a tri-stereo chorus pedal that pairs bucket-brigade-style chorus voices with Eventide's MicroPitch detuning. Released in 2021, it is modelled on the stompbox choruses and rackmount tri-chorus units of the 1970s and 1980s.
