The Blackboard Outlaw Overdrive

Clean Blend sets how much dry signal runs alongside the overdriven path. More dry signal keeps the pick attack and note edges present as the drive goes up. Turning the blend down leaves a fully driven sound.

A two-band EQ shapes the drive with separate treble and bass controls. Cutting bass tightens the low end, while treble can add bite to a dark rig or tame a bright one. The gain range runs from a light clean push to a full overdrive.

Jade Electric hand-builds the pedal in Bakersfield, California. The Blackboard sits in the maker's range alongside the J-6 Natural Overdrive and the Bloom Breaker.
