Polyphonic mode reads every string from one strum; single notes switch the display to monophonic chromatic tuning automatically. Chromatic accuracy is 0.5 cents; strobe mode tightens that to ±0.02 cents. A side Tuning Mode control selects standard, dropped or capo offsets and holds to enter strobe, while the footswitch mutes for tuning or holds to toggle drop-D.
Two side DIP switches choose true bypass, buffered bypass, or buffered always-on so the display stays lit while you play. The BONAFIDE BUFFER is specified with a 1 MΩ input, 100 Ω output and greater than 112 dB signal-to-noise ratio for long cable runs and large boards. A 109-LED display with ambient light sensing keeps the readout readable under bright stage lighting.
