In Hall and Plate, X sets the pre-delay. Lo-Fi is a filtered reverb in which X sets the filter width. Sonar feeds the reverb with high and low octaves, and X blends between them.
A three-way Mod toggle selects low, medium or high modulation; in Sonar, the low setting turns modulation off. Dampen shapes the tone of the decay, alongside the Decay and Mix knobs.
The Sustain footswitch ramps the trail up to maximum and back down to the Decay setting. Holding Bypass while the pedal is off engages the reverb momentarily. Trails or no-trails mode is selected at power-up, and the teal enclosure carries artwork by Stuart Dooley.
