The germanium transistors are new old stock and matched by hand. Each pedal therefore behaves like the next, a consistency that is hard to get from all-germanium fuzzes.

Shift adjusts the mid content of the fuzz. Clockwise it scoops the mids, as many Muff-style circuits do, and counter-clockwise it pushes them forward. Tone sweeps from bass-heavy to bright, and Fuzz sets the amount of saturation.

The footswitch uses a relay for true bypass, so no signal passes while the pedal is unpowered.
