Released in 2008, the design is based on Russian Big Muff circuits and keeps low-end under heavy sustain better than the guitar-voiced NYC large-box model. Dry mixes the clean instrument into the fuzz path; Bass Boost adds low frequencies when Tone is set bright; Norm is the straight fuzz path.
A separate Dry Out carries the unprocessed input for a second amp or clean chain while Effect Out carries the fuzz. Players use that split for parallel dirty and clean bass setups.
Signal path is mono with true bypass in a compact die-cast chassis that is smaller than the NYC large-box Big Muff Pi.
