Two knobs handle the main settings. Volume sets output and can add up to 15 dB of boost, while Blend runs from fully dry to fully compressed. A three-way toggle on the face picks high, medium or low compression.

Four DIP switches under the back plate shape the response further. Two set attack and release time, one adds a high-cut filter, and one pads the input. The pad helps with hot humbuckers and also trims low end.

The high compression setting raises the noise floor, because the circuit acts as an automatic gain control. The compact enclosure suits crowded pedalboards, and many players leave it switched on at all times.
