On the tube side, Keeley describes both triodes running in series Class A into a vintage tweed-style tone stack, with the 12AX7 powered at 168 V from a standard 9 VDC centre-negative supply (500 mA minimum). A burned-in Keeley-branded tube sits behind a custom shroud at the centre of the enclosure; the maker notes the tube can be swapped using an included extraction pin and Allen key.
The second channel is the Super Phat Mod voice. A long footswitch press flips the stack order (Drive into Tube or Tube into Drive), and a rear TRS remote jack can switch Tip=Drive and Ring=Tube from an external controller. Bypass is selectable between true bypass and Keeley’s silent buffered switching. Each unit is designed, assembled, and tested in Oklahoma City.
